We understand how important ABA is to your child and your family.
In this uncertain time of COVID-19 we have moved much of our services online
to support families who are not able to access in person therapy. Once this pandemic is over,
we will continue to provide this support to families as needed.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is simply the medium through which services can be provided. Just like in home ABA or in center ABA, we have expanded our offerings to include telehealth ABA. Depending on your insurance company, the specific services allowable may vary. Those services could include working directly (via the computer) with your child, observing an in home therapist (Registered Behavior Technician) working directly with your child and supporting them as they do, and/or providing direct support and training to you as the parents.
Online – Connect face to face with our clinicians online in the comfort of your own home. We use Doxy.me software, which is HIPAA compliant, for our online sessions. There is no software to download and access is as simple as clicking a link. Here’s a quick video on how it works.
We provide flexible scheduling. These sessions are covered by most insurances for children with an ASD diagnosis. It is very easy to get started and many times the initial assessment can even be conducted via telehealth. Our intake specialists will verify your insurance benefits and confirm whether the assessment must be in person or can be provided via telehealth during this COVID-19 pandemic.
How does it work?
Tailored to your child and family
Our clinicians will conduct a formal comprehensive assessment with you and your child and tailor a plan specific to your child’s and family’s needs. Many insurances allow these initial assessments to be conducted via telehealth. If that is not an option, we can come to your house to conduct the assessment and then provide support via telehealth to you as you work with your child and implement the plan. Your child’s success is our main priority and we will adjust the plan as many times as necessary to ensure your success and your child’s success.
